Economic Empowerment We have established skills training programs that equip women with practical abilities in tailoring, small-scale farming, and entrepreneurship. Through our microfinance initiatives, over 200 women have accessed small loans to start businesses, with a remarkable 85% success rate in loan repayment and business sustainability. These programs have not only increased household incomes but have also fostered a sense of dignity and self-reliance among participants.
